I am renting out a room 25 square room. It is available from the first of May 2024 to end of the year (December 2024). The room has bed, table , chair and big wardrobe. Common toilet , shower and kitchen. Limited access to the living room. It is the work space. The place is close to nature. It a waking distance from Girmsta naturalreservat and Maltesholmsbadet. 5 minutes walk to Hässleby strand train and bus station. Association gym and sauna are available, free of cost. Hemköp is the closet food store , which is 5 minutes walk. Big shopping center , Vällingby is 5 minutes with subway and you can arrive T -central within 30 minutes . I am software developer and I work from home. I am quite and respectful. You must be responsible person. Partying and disturbing is not allowed. The rent include electricity and internet. One month deposition is required and you must be none smoker
